WE BEGIN WORKING WHEN YOU PAY—BEFORE YOUR PUBLIC LAUNCH
There is no separate setup fee. Your first payment activates paid preparation immediately. We use a minimum of 30 full days to complete research, strategy, scriptwriting, branding, design, account preparation, production planning, and the first content calendar. Public service begins on the first day of the first calendar month occurring after that preparation period. All payments are electronic and made in advance because the work for each service period begins before publication.
A 30-day written cancellation notice is required. Payment-plan changes occur only at an approved service-period transition and are not retroactive. Failed payments may result in a five-day cure period, a one-time 5% late charge when lawful, a $25 returned-payment charge when lawful, and suspension of service until the account is current.
